Every year students from the province most of them belong to class a or class B families move over to metropolis to pursue studies in college. What to bring? of course, all the crucial documents as form-138, good moral character, school identification and any supporting documents, in case the institution asks more information about you.

What to do to enroll? Usually, colleges and universities require college board or entrance exam to ascertain if your ability or personality suit with their standards. these are the lists of prestigious and gargantuan colleges and universities.

Public schools: UP Diliman, UP Manila, UP Los banos, Technological University of the Philippines, Polytechnic university of the Philippines, Philippine Normal University, Philippine Teacher's college, Pamantsan ng Lungsod ng Maynila, and more.

Private schools: Ateneo de Manila University, De LA Salle University, University of sto. Tomas, Far Eastern University, University of the East, Centro Escolar University, Philippine Christian University, Adamson University, University of Manila, National University, Manila Central University, Manuel L. Quezon University, Philippine School of Business Administration, San Beda College, San Sebastian College, Emilio Aguinaldo College, Technological institute of the Philippines, Mapua Institute of the Philippines, San Juan De Letran Ama Computer University, Feati University, and STI Colleges and more...

Ticklers: for public schools, you might be late for the entrance exam for the first sem. 2003-2004. for private schools, some are still open to those who wants to to take the entrance exam for the first sem. 2003-2004.

How to be a prepared college or university freshman student? Whilst summer, expose yourself to everything. From literature to theatre, vices to virtues familiarize the spot of the cities, have knowledge in fashion, arts, external and internal current events add more words to your vocabulary, learn tagalog language and its accent, emanate adaptability nor flexibility demeanor, and correct pronunciation is a must.

I've observed a lot of moros have problems in pronunciation. Indeed, when i was a freshman at FEU, my classmates, even board mates had laughed at me always. It's because of mispronouncing words, commonly names.

Beware... it's likely to give up and return home as of hardness or temporary discouragement like culture shock which is really shocking heavy traffic that gives spin ned-head, and a week of unstoppable rain that causes floods about affect interest to attend classes. Just be patient, sooner or later everything will be ok. all the times enjoy the art of learning.

Furthermore, where to find a place to stay? It's highly recommended to stay along the university belt or sampaloc, manila. It's the safest place i've known for years now. People around are students, reviewers, and office workers, mostly with good intentions.
