The Institute of Bangsamoro Studies is inviting interested parties for a “Human Rights Training for Bangsamoro Women”. This would be held at the Regional Educational Learning Center in Cotabato City from September 19 to 21.
The following topics are to be tackled in the seminar:
(a) Introduction to International Human Rights Laws;
(b) Philippine Human Rights Laws and Human Rights Mechanism;
(c) Civil and Political Rights;
(d) Economic, Social and Cultural Rights;
(e) Women's Rights;
(f) Human Rights of Refugees and Internally Displaced Persons;
(g) Rights of Minorities;
(h) Human Rights in Islam;
(i) United Nations Human Rights;
(j) Mechanism;
(k) Human Rights Monitoring
